OUR STORY · SINCE 2014

Care for the meal—and for the feeling of gathering together.

JIHE began in 2014 with a warm pot of broth. We believe the beauty of hotpot is not only in its flavor, but in the moment everyone around the table begins to relax.

A MEAL MADE WITH CARE

Made with the care of a meal prepared for family.

Some tables need no special occasion: dinner after work, friends meeting again, or a rare weekend when the whole family is together. For JIHE, caring for a meal means caring for these ordinary but precious gatherings.

WHAT MAKES A WARM TABLE

One pot, one table and one thoughtful welcome—slowly becoming part of everyday life.

Hotpot never asks a table to hurry. While the broth simmers and ingredients enter a little at a time, everyone can eat at their own pace and still remain part of the same shared moment.

01 · BROTH

The flavor that opens the meal

Broth should not overpower the table. It should make room for every ingredient to speak.

02 · TABLE

A gathering everyone can share

The joy of hotpot is choosing what you love and passing something delicious to the person beside you.

03 · WELCOME

Care from the first step to the final sip

We hope every visit leaves you relaxed, at ease and genuinely looked after.

04 · EVERYDAY

A familiar table in the neighborhood

A restaurant gains warmth one meal at a time. We hope to become the table you want to return to.

THE HANDS BEHIND THE BROTH

Every brand begins with someone willing to make the first pot as good as it can be.

Chef Lee rose to the position of sous-chef at Sheraton while still remarkably young. He later brought the discipline of professional hotel kitchens into hotpot because his family loved gathering around one. The early milk broth, the habit of looking closely at ingredients, and the second generation of stores all grew from the same idea: if it is a meal for family, it should never be treated casually.

The name leeharvest.com carries that idea forward—a wish that everyone leaving the table takes home warmth, fulfillment and a harvest of their own.
